Senna Phillips

Senna Phillips is a New York City-based artist and crafter who is deeply influenced by her work as a transportation planner for the MTA. She appreciates work that is grounded and accessible to everyone: the mosaics throughout the subway system are some of her favorite art because of how easy they are to engage with. While she has explored many mediums during her life, she finds herself turning to fiber arts, ceramics and printmaking as coping mechanisms for our increasingly digital world. To craft something that can be used, worn or bring joy to a space is an incredible privilege.
